Schlafly Bottleworks is a brewpub in Maplewood that serves pub-food in addition to it's signature Schlafly beer. The building that houses the Bottleworks was built specifically for the brewery when the original location (the Schlafly Tap Room) was too successful and needed to expand.
The menu consists of traditional pub-food, as well as an assortment of eclectic vegetarian food. They emphasize locally-grown, organic produce and meat.
